• Ensuring the data you upload is data you have the right to process

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform
• Share your account with others

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in the Hosmetrics platform is our property or licensed to us. You retain full ownership of any data you upload. We claim no rights over your booking data.

The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy of calculations, or fitness for a particular purpose. Metrics displayed are based on the data you provide — their accuracy depends on the quality of your input data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hosmetrics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@hosmetrics.com.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
